Graphic Designer | Digital Concept Developer | Illustrator
My approach to design is user-centric, but with a holistic view that also encompasses feasibility and viability in a given context. As a graphic designer I like to create seamless and consistent experiences weaved into a brand's story. As a concept developer I am fascinated by the organic relationship between users and the products or services they use and how they shape each other. Being an illustrator helps me better understand and visualise ideas, concepts and stories.
I handle a wide array of art direction and design related tasks, from print to digital such as data visualisation, branding, magazine advertisements and templates development, illustrations, website design; as well as concept development and research.
At OAM Consult I got to tackle Design as a means to reach well developed, user-centered products; but also as a process. One of such collaborations resulted in taking part in the redesign of the DSB magazine - where I still contribute with illustrations. I worked on data visualisation, branding as well as website design.
For this position my responsibilities were similar to the ones of a Communication Team Leader, though up-scaled to national level, but also up-scaled in therms of complexity.
As part of AIESEC in Denmark’s National Team, I worked closely with all the Vice Presidents of Marketing from each local entity. The areas of collaborations included support for the development of marketing, brand and design strategies, education and training, as well as support and coaching when running processes and implementing strategies.
During my time at AIESEC AAU in Aalborg, I have been in charge of both internal and external communication. In regards to internal communication I worked to give a face to the spirit of the organization, a visual identity of AIESEC AAU’s internal brand. In regards to external communication my responsibilities included areas such as marketing and brand management and alignment.
